I was more satisfied with this than I would like to admit. I was in the mood for fucked up shit with a happy. Was strangely satisfied that the bottom got his revenge. The smut in this is crazy. This is porn in manhwa form.
I read up to chapter 40 something the first time, and then chapter 18 the second time, and I skipped to the very end. I think I get the gist of it where our main character hyundo is a very very broke, but very handsome, sexy, defend, and confident bottom. He needs a brothel owner, Lee gyung, and falls in love with him. The owner is pretty much a douche bag that has never fallen in love before and uses people to his own benefits. But they eventually fall in love and beyond just developing sexual attraction towards each other. I think the twist interns that they face is that first of all he’s a brothel owner and his job is to sell sex, and second of all he did some thing similar to another boy where he lured him in, making it seem like he likes the boy, but then sold him to other people, which ended up breaking him. But our main character HD is stronger, and his pursuit did not end in vain.
The art is quite unique as well. I just think that I’m not extremely in the mood for this type of bitter, sweet story and I feel like I can predict the plot.
Like okay, while this wasn't some amazing healthy story radiating with consent and communication (and i like to think no one actually expected this story to be like that tbh) it was rather entertaining. Both MC and ML are interesting characters to read about and i would dare to say i actually rooted for them. Yes yes i know they are horrible people and should be drowned (one of them almost have) at the nearest river, but this is fiction. The art is gorgeous, the story not difficult to understand (i mean like 90% of it was just smut) so it's quite easy read. Would I reread it? Probably no. Will i remember what this story was about after a mont? No. That's about all.
STARTED OFF AS A MASSIVE BAD RED FLAG BUT ENDED SO GOOOD OMGGGGG!!!!! I WANT MORE BUT I GUESS IT'S ALREADY A HAPPY ENDING URHHHH (he's still kind of a red flag with those pervy and dangerous thoughts tho )
