This eats YUM YUM YUMMMYYY, Love it, waiter more please!!!
Edit: The rapey bits are expected because tropes but really dude, this is just yuck, I will say the comic is still pretty good its just some questionable writing choices
Edit 2# CARLYLE IS SO DUMB!!! I adore the character but his rash decision skills make me want to cry, like that is not the solution to your problems and communication, how many times do I have to bring up communication before they actually do follow through with that, like Jace stand up and tell him the straight answer. Plus poor phil dude…
Edit 3# okayyyyy, I can admit, it’s cute! And they look like a little family with everything official now, but I need them to do some wise-ing up quick!!!
Edit 4# NOW THATS MORE LIKE IT , we are becoming wiser and defending our lovers, good job Carlyle!!!
Edit after finishing: Solid Plot and Characters, some diabolical writing choices that made me raise an eyebrow but ended up being quite nice, can’t in my good heart give it more than a 3 star but definitely not the worst I’ve read
ML, although a commoner, studied at an academy for somewhat ‘gifted’ individuals, always being on top of his class. by the end of his time there he had an altercation with the son of a baron, that put his future at risk by making him unable to stay at a job, either for the altercation or for being gay. his friend told him about a tutoring job for the son of the duke and goes for an interview, he gets the job and immediately has a wet dream about the duke so i dropped it —> ML is dumb and i hate him
This webtoon had me stressing. I didn't do anything I was supposed to do because I just wanted to read this. GHAD, I'm so glad they all got a happy ending. I loved Jace and the duke and Master Noah and Philip and even Jace's ex. I LOVE THEM ALL. I'm so glad that even when Jace's ex turned out to still have feelings for him, he didn't become violent. It was just a nice trope to subvert, the toxic ex.
The plot was a lot more serious than I expected. I usually don’t like when the MC is put there so much but he was really headstrong and confident so I really like that BUT he still went through way too much and they didn’t even properly address the trauma. One read is good.
