With the amount of horror and comedy, this is actually pretty good. After finding his parents dead. And a monster right there eating them, he's told he's crazy after trying to explain. Happy that he has the house to himself. His happiness is destroyed because of the monster. Making a deal of "If you kill me, you lose the house. If you don't, you don't lose it." Or something like that, lol
Too bad this was short. This could have used a little more to show the friendship lost and the adaptation to life in this haunted home. But what's here is very good.
