I just wanna know the name of this anime and if it has a manga or not.
Anyway, the story is pretty old and had like a 00s art style. The plot is about a pink haired girl who has these cat ears things that are actually horns and she can control these invisible hands and she's also a mass murderer but she forgot about all that and became moe because of amnesia. In that world, only girls have these invisible hands ability and they're born with the cat ear horns and colorful hair, the moment these girls are born, they're taken away by the government to either a. Be used as weapons b. Be contained and c. Euthanized if they're too powerful to be contained. Also, the pink haired girl I first mentioned is the first ever esper (that's what I'm gonna call them for now).
Anyways, please help me find this anime or manga (if it has one) cus it's been on my mind for a few days now.

Does anybody have a fantasy (isekai) where the mc realizes they're in a novel or something similar and instead of staying near the plot, they actually successfully run away (like a lot of them say they'll do but always fail for some reason, seriously it's so annoying) and go on a journey throughout the world to become stronger/live a happier life?
