I literally cried to the extra. I've been keeping up with Given for four years already and somehow I got really emotional by the fact that I've grown together with the characters. Given is an amazing emotional roller coaster that makes you feel how fragile love can be. I love Given. It's not my life but it's a part of my life.
In chapter 50, Mafuyu said to Uenoyama "I want to sing and make music with you" and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I can't help but feel spiteful because why couldn't he say this to Yuki? He's the one who should be hearing this. Why couldn't that be the thing that come out of Mafuyu's mouth? Why did it have to take another person to make Mafuyu understand Yuki loved him so much it transcended to music? Why did it take another person for Mafuyu to keep remembering the things he did with Yuki? Why did Yuki have to be the one to break? Why? Why? Why? Thinking of Yoshida Yuki being frozen in time while the rest of the world lives on. Mafuyu already took his first step forward, good for him.
