Im so sorry the cult is so well written and realistic, im hooked. Its so interesting how the author will make an end of it but I hope it burns down along with the people in power with the entire system collapsing in the end

Both. They actually did a great job animating it and I love every bit of it!
But if you want to know what happened right after the anime, you can read the manga. I suggest watching the anime then read the manga
Both... and iirc the anime has some details/scenes that do not appear in the manga.
Anime has looser interpretations while Manga is more complete.
If you prefer, youd watch anime first THEN read the manga so manga will fill every context that isnt in the anime
E.g "oh this scene looked more intense in the manga"
If you read manga then anime, you might go like "WHY ISNT THIS SHOWN IN THE ANIME! " Or "Wow this scene is beautiful animated"
Since others already answered I just wanted to add, be aware of the anime translation you're gonna watch it in. There was a lot of controversy around dub and (primarily) sub versions, with netflix's translators censoring and misinterpreting dialogues in multiple languages
It's only my option... But I think the manga portrays it better I'm not saying that the anime is bad

One got black hair and got glasses(?),the other got yellow or white idk it was a manga and i couldnt see the colours. The black haired one reads book in a library and the other used to go at the library coz he was interested in the other.
