kinda felt that he should’ve ended up with tatsuya because they couldn’t read each other minds it would’ve balanced the relationship out more plus how he senpai just “suddenly” fell for the kaichi was weird
this story went way faster than i thought, I want it to be a full series, i wish the last chapter had a couple more chapter or was a little longer, love triangle, very nice
Okay the 2nd story was so cute! Okay about the first one... DAMN I WANTED THE MC TO GET WITH HIS COUSIN!!! anyways i.. yea. Okay but it still was a great story!! 30/10! Yeet
Kaichi has the ability to read minds. His senpai from school and best friend has always known and been accepting of this and he remains his closest friend. But then some major changes disturb that comfortable status quo. Senpai breaks up with his girlfriend and turns to Kaichi for comfort. And Kaichi’s traumatised young cousin comes to stay and his mind is closed to Kaichi. The rest of the story basically twirls around the choice between these 2 men for Kaichi. I liked the outcome, however I think the mangaka made both senpai and cousin appealing so I may have been happy with either choice.
After getting disappointed by another of the author's works, I went into this one with low expectations. While not amazing, it was better than the other for sure. The one exception would be the extremely random last chapter that had nothing to do with anyone. I wish that would have been tied into the main story by using the cousin in it or something. There was no point to it as it is. Ignoring that, the main story was really good. Not too easy, not too difficult. Not too much angst. Just kind of the right amount of everything to make the story enjoyable.
Adults, HSer, love triangle. Mc can read minds and has loved his senpai from HS for a while. Meanwhile his uncle offloads his HS-aged cousin on him due to family issues. Senpai comes to see mc after he gets dumped and they end up sleeping each other, and decide to date. But then also turns out cousin is in love with mc too, and he's been abused. This is an interesting plot and setup, and I totally wasn't sure who the mc was going to go for until the end. I wasn't even sure who I wanted him to go for really. I'd like to read a follow up that finds someone for the one left-out. One-shot at the end was ok.
