I literally only read it for demaris... HES SO CUTE. this is a typical isekai tbh. THE MC IS SO FUCKING STUPID OHMYGHODOODDODODODODODOD SHES SO STUPID AND ZERO PERSONALITY OTHER THSN SHES KIND. NO DEPYH NO NOTHING. duke is cool ig. the female antagonist (red haired) was such a stupid villain I actually need a smart one... and her brother (Jordan??) was stupid as hell like wdym u make it to the top to only fumble at the end. Stupidly fast-paced with random areas of exposition. It's like a "read it just to read it." Well anyways 5/10.

No one needs to try to get along with their abusers from childhood. If the abuser is not asking for forgiveness they haven't changed enough to matter. Girl don't project your trauma on other people and actually look at their problems.

Finished it but not memorable: transmigration into a book where FL becomes Demaris's tutor. The Duke and his child are magicians but magicians are looked down upon, so its a secret.

Four, leaning on 5 stars maybe. Don’t understand the hate. The scenario is honestly not too bad, with plausible reasons for antagonists and even backstories that make them a bit tragic (the prince and princess for example). The use of magic is really nice here and the bond between the main character and the male lead actually deepens while there is also a good relationship with the kid, and some situation that frankly made me smile. The fact the story is short also is nice because it helps to keep going and it doesn’t go too far and too lengthy. Overall, a good read.

The beginning of the story was well executed ig u know what a manhua (chinese) style is like. I wish it stayed like that, however it changed halfway thru the story. Also the climax and ending wa kinda rushed that it also affected the art. Its such a miss opportunity that it was not executed well. I was sad for Korde, he was a villain made because of his dire circumstances. Its the king's fault really. I wish he has a better chances of being happy in his next life. Im glad that the Duke has a happy endin and Ann stayed in the novel world. Its also my first time reading a story wherein a human was sent thru a novel by and was guided by a System Admin. So igits a real time otome. I really just stayed reading this because of our lil baby Demaris I hope he becomes a grest king in the future.
