kind of the most Nothing happens and there are so many external side characters that are a little bit adding nothing interesting to the main story or romance plot WHICH IS FINE REALLY EVEN but when the main romance hits it hits idk if the 34 ch runtime really is justifiable hidaka shoko is so good at the subtlety of romance and building the relationship even tho 1/2 of this ship is kind of so personalityless and nothing happens buuuuut…

So so good! The slow burn, the inner turmoil over the age gap, learning how to communicate with each other, compromising and changing for each other... ugh loved it! Even the "love triangle" wasn't annoying as I usually hate those. I would definitely read this again many times over.

Very nice story with a average yet not really common sub plot, It definitely could have ended better and been longer but that's not even up to the mangaka.

Pretty nice, I did blur out towards the ending, but I still thought it was nice. Slow burn romance but quite nicee

38 and 19 is kinda crazyyy but i’ll always eat up a questionable age gap

It’s been a long time since I’ve read a slow-burn BL. I like how Youichi gradually opens up and relies on Sakurai while Sakurai develops and realizes his own feelings. I like how everyone around them is well aware that Youichi is interested in Sakurai except for the two lol, each of them makes efforts to get the two closer and root for Sakurai more than Fujimoto :P Despite the big age gap, Sakurai’s age being twice that of Youchi, imo, it’s not cringeworthy but rather beautiful.

this was a very well written story. The plot was really great and, and normally I don't like slow burns but this was totally worth it And kept me intrigued the whole entire way.
one day a college student bumps into a man working advertisement company, on the train. For his inconveniences he asks the man to come to his house so that he can clean him up . Arriving at a boarding house, the businessman is intrigued by the house as well as the seemingly antisocial student. Being given more reasons to come back, the man soon makes acquaintances with the student and the boarders.
highly recommend reading it.
