The anime was hilarious! The first chapters of this manga are the same as the anime, if you want to start with new material you would need to start at chapter 27. But I don't recommend skipping forward, there is always something to gain by reading everything!

Upon watching the anime I immediately searched for it's manga. Love this, it's fun and entertaining with a mishmash of fantasy elements covered up in ordinary (but not-so-ordinary) human life and it's done in a hilarious way.

This is my fave anymore but not anymore. Very disappointed of the author. Will never read the manga and watch the anime again

Okay, so I've seen the comments about the spoiler AND I'M SO MAD RIGHT NOW!!!! SHITTIEST ENDING I'VE EVER HEARD. I WON'T BOTHER READING THE ENDING CAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH IT! IT WOULD JUST MAKE MY BLOOD BOIL! HA! WTF! THIS IS MANGA HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL BUT IT WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THAT FUCKING ENDING! HAHA ! SORRY NOT SORRY!

His end game was chiho in light novel and i hope that will be change in this manga and also the ending of NOT HIM LOSING HIS POWERS!!

I wish that they will go in and out in the human world just for vacation, Emi amd Maou having a family time with alas=ramus together with there friends then chiho explore their world. They're having so much fun as family bonding in and outside the world and keeping the each world at peace. THAT'S A FUCKING ENDING I WANT NOT MAOU LOSING HIS CHARM AND POWERS JUST FOR CHIHO FOR GOD SAKES

Shity manga... builts a story with enemy turning into lovers but then end up with big boobie girl just for the sake of it...

Okay, here’s the thing. I kinda dislike Chiho maybe because I ain’t into that kind of character but she kinda annoys me with how she gets bothered wether Maou is moving or wether he’s close to other girls. And she even shows it openly if I were Maou I’ll feel uncomfy considering that the feeling isn’t mutual it feels like she’s pressuring him not to do anything that would involve him with other girls or something that would be a disadvantage to her feelings. She’s kinda pushy and I ain’t really good with characters that has huge boobs, is young, and the damsel in distress type.
