I don't like when an mc who remembers their prev life gets paired with a kid. The saving grace is that the duke made clear from beginning that he's adopting har as ml's future bride to be. In this specific case I'm ok with not seeing them as adopted siblings. Still don't like the idea of kids being engaged tho.

the duke has taken them away from the orphanage, and we learn that a lot of people are aiming for our ML’s title ..The gist of the story being that the ML’s father was the other key duke of this empire and the emperor wanted to kill him and his family but ML managed to survive and now all the lesser nobles who want the title and territories (which were left to his friend this duke in the picture) all want the pie and don’t want ML alive from user hadeion
FL has the ability to communicate with animals she will have a white fox pet from user
so mc is the Duke and Duchess's daughter ...The "thief mom" was half-sister of the Queen and took FL on the mom's request to save her. Its not clear how the mom died, but she was kidnapped & locked away in a tower by the King the moment the Duke went off to war. She got pregnant right before he left.
mc's mom is actually from the clan blessed by God, hence her powers. The mom just never told the duke about her powers
OgFL is a fake kid made in a lab ..she's a white lotus,
The King used the mom to make her after doing experiments on the mom. King takes in FL and I think he promotes ogFL as a saint and screws with the paternity test to make it show that she is his daughter, she can also calm him due to the experiments done on the mom. King also makes her Damien's fiance but he's not having it from my understanding. The Duke doesn't believe she's his daughter either.

Why are these authors so actively trying to normalise pedophilia? There is no reason for child MC’s, let alone one who is actually an adult on the inside and the other one an actual child.
There is a bigger, disturbing agenda going on here. It’s very uncomfortable. I’ll give it one less star for that
As for the plot, I can’t bring myself to like any of the characters besides MC and Damian. The stigma they all have against her is so disgusting. She, a child shouldn’t have had to go above and beyond just for them to show a little respect.
It would’ve been better had she remained indifferent to them and left the state after she’s a bit older.
She could’ve went searching for her own purpose with lots of adventures, instead of living for Damian.
She is the main character, yet she’s still an accessory to a man. Bruh how does that make sense. Pls free females in all forms of entertainment from always being watered down to being an accessory in the life of a male. Why is she living for him instead of herself?…

I am enjoying the story so far. I used to be a fan of a similar manhwa like this, but it lost its appeal in the later chapters and I stopped reading it. It's great to have found something comparable and maybe even better. Initially, I didn't like the female lead because she seemed indifferent to the male lead's bullying, but she eventually proves herself helpful. The male lead is adorable and takes after his father, who is mentioned by the Duke. Although there are already 40 chapters, not much has happened yet as it is still in the beginning arc. However, a recent character with changing eye colors piques my curiosity.

Pretty typical of the genre but I enjoy that. She is a little more scheming than the typical MC in these which is awesome (typically they're smart and make good business decisions where she is actively manipulating the people around her to make them make good business decisions (or at one's that will benefit her). Worldbuilding fine, plot fine, characters great, tension great. Interested in seeing where this goes. Trigger warning; child abuse, slavery (both in backstory and shown in initial chapters), child marriage (being set up between 2 kids, currently non sexual but likely will change when older). Ch 48
