So euelle reincarnated into a daughter of elf and human. Shes been friends with the crown prince since child and he becamr attached to her. Prince has this condition where he sees the souls of ppl instead of their faces. This caused him pain and hat of ppl. But he cant see euelle soul like tht and became obssessed. Also in the descendants of the imoerial fam, the first king made a deal withh a god who was disguised as a the devil and king made contract even after knoeing that he was the devil. This contract made him strong and all tht but the condition was to have a drop of the devils blood in his generation so that blood was passed down generations. Now prince makes pact with devil at a young age cuz he gets insecure that euelle is gonna start nkt liking him which is valid cuz most of her life shes been tryna find a way back home. Now when they were young the king sent euelle fam away from the empire cuz he didnt like the imlact she had on the prince. For 14 years she lived away and practiced magic and swordsmanship with a dragon person who knew her elf mother and also theres some prohpecy which supposedly mentions her. Now fast forward to present where her fam is no longer exiled and welcomed back to the empire where prince has completely changed. He used to be blonde and blue eyes but now hes black cuz she said that was her ideal type and noe she hella confused cuz how could he chabge so much but stil be the same crybaby childish person she knew. Prince is actually sinister and plots to make him have her all to himself by plotting stuff. Now uptil new year she devotes to mana research to find a way back home but then they kiss at a gathering and she starts falling in love and tries to distance herself from ppl to prevent an attachment. At the latest gathering she meets famohs researcher who she admiress for his work and they meet up to discuss abt tjis travel thingy. After that prince and her meet up where they have intense makeout session and she starts realising her own feelings anf starts sinking in while at the same time tht research says he thinks hes found the next timing for a travel portal to open

Pace is decent, they are giving flashback to what happened 14 years ago. It's clear that the ML IS NUTS!!! It's right up there with taming ex husband mad dog and failed to abandon the villain that's the type of ML we are dealing with here. I can see the FL learning the truth when it's to late to turn back. I'm getting the sense that the ML will trap FL to be with him and no one else. Again the ML is nuts, so watch out red flag ML coming through.
