AMNESIA TROPE POPING OUTTA NOWHERE

Honestly I've been seeing alot of new manga that has been sporting the amnesia trope. How do you guys feel about it? Sometimes I feel that it is unnecessary, it causes my heart to ache when an already good plot has amnesia pop out of nowhere.
