As someone else has said, the author is not afraid to write stories of unsuccessful love. Chapter 5 was the tearjerker for me.

The story of the two friends who share regular meals together is quite poignant.

I like the conversation dynamics in the Folie à deux-ish story

I like this artist. All of her characters are semi-realistic-- slouchy, sunken chested, some are bony, no weird muscles, etc.
