Decent read, it's just there's such a disconnect between the two lives she's lived or is living
At this point we can say that the first life never even happened since that's not influencing her personality (which has regressed to that of a child?) and the only way it seems to come out is in the form of art and fashion (generally).
I'm not saying she's acting immature for liking dolls, I am saying that her previous behaviour and inner monologue (not that we got much of it) prior to transmigration didn't reflect this current persona at all.

I actually do like the story, it's just not what I'm used to I guess
