It's a one shot, and not an easy one, but in some ways it's hard to hate the older brother. He takes his younger brother as he is. And sees his good character. But yes, it's deeply physiological and twisted.

Honestly this was such a twisted one shot but somehow I still enjoyed it just because of how fucked up it was until the end
