it was nice but i found the fan-service a bit excessive, from the women's large chests to the unnecessary parts, an example would be: when he applied the pain relief patch to the mom like, what were the moans for? it's just weird and off-putting. besides that it was so-so.. oh wait another would be that– at this point he'll probably die from overworking for the second time, give the child a goddamn break.

Quite different from most isekai, OP-type stories, this one focuses on medicine as though the world the MC is brought into lives in a time of peace, and the greatest killers are those that used to plague our own societies back in the early 1200-1500’s.....MC is a brilliant former pharmaceutical researcher who gets pulled into this world to inhabit the body of a 10 year old boy from a long line of respected pharmacists.....only their knowledge is often so incorrect?! So begins the journey of a boy striving to bring about a technological (that is, medicinal) reform in a world where somehow everyone acknowledges that evil spirits are real, and he is the only one who has yet to see one?

This was a really nice read! I still personally like action and fighting more, but it was super well-done - good with real medicinal names and annoying people that the MC ‘just so happens’ to prove wrong - and I’d definitely recommend it as a wonderful, light-hearted story that still deals with real problems.....and one or two quiet questions. Also, MC makes extensive use of his knowledge, but that’s not the only thing that makes him OP.....

This is so Good! I'm so into this, wish for more chapters ahead! Might be typical isekai for some but I'm here because of that tho lol. It's good that the MC's a child there's no stereotype ugly bastards perverts pick me dream girls btches surrounding the MC, and he's also not pervert. However, i know for sure It might be a middle age man who made this manga too. Still waiting for more chaps, so I'll gonna find more stories similar to this T~T

It was very good in the start but then it just becomes... repetitive. I wish the MC had more ambitions and was even a tiny bit cunning, but no he's a 100% perfect nice chill person so it becomes boring fast. Also Elle is barely on screen but the author seems to push her to be the FL, and I hate how a 16yo has enormous boobs (everyone has tbh and that sucks) and that maid is 8 years old?????? WHY. Also boring because MC just solved everything magically, I wish he would fail once or twice to show more humanity (and also because it's a magical world, there's no way all diseases and medicines are the same)
