Comments of Itsuwari No Mori

I got confused half way through and then caught up again. I liked how long this was. It was adorable and I like it a lot. The old man is definitely my favorite and isn't a basic guy. With the iconic hair.

I loved the first story best, though it could have used more story development. A doctor buys a severely abuse demon and treats him kindly. But he starts to worry when he catches feelings for him, so he tries to give him away. Demon boy is really mad at this, kills some people (who I don't really feel sorry for) and is subjected to torture for what he did. Doctor saves him (after killing another demon and torching the corpse to cover their tracks, I really hope this wasn't some innocent demon but it's never explained) the two run away together.

All the stories are interconnected somehow. Only one was completely messed up, a kid treating his mother's demon badly hoping she'll throw him away and he can take the demon (who looked after him as a child briefly, this is one of those with an old man, and he's the uke. The mangaka really likes this sort of setup.) So the mom sells the demon, and the doc from the first story buys him to free him. Then the kid goes back to take his demon and, after being rebuffed, stabs his own eye.

The other story is of a professor who gets wounded in the woods and is picked up by a demon kid. Decides to stay with the kid in the mountains. 5 years later the demon is grown up and enslaves himself so he can stay with the professor, who went back to his town after they have a dispute. Professor is also an old man.

I got bored with the story. I dropped it.

But I'm so confused

What the fuck is this manga it makes no damn sense

I like this demon story

In the first story alone, the demon is a slave whose got his tongue cut and is badly hurt... But he"only" needs to be treated well right?, at least for a while before getting betrayed, sex trafficked and mutilated.... But he's just so in love with the human piece of garbage doctor... This is garbage.

I love all of these stories. I also really love the demons.

Yuusu is the neglected only child of a wealthy woman, and the only kindness he received as a child was from one of her pet demons, Hugh. Yuusu's all grown up now, and can't understand Hugh's coldness towards him, so he often abuses Hugh to get his attention. But Yuusu's manipulation's go too far...

It was OK. I found it a little hard to follow.

All the stories were really good though I wish the end bit was more cohesive.

1) Otoyami no Mori - Yume no Koe
While visiting the market one day, Doctor Ao happens upon a stand where they're selling demons and reluctantly purchases one as his own. Although the demon has been treated harshly in the past, he meets kindness at his new master's hands and comes to find peace with him. But when that peace is threatened can they find their way back to each other?! Or will the demon disappear for good?!
2) Yumeoi no Mori
A wounded professor finds that when he awakes he is in the capture of a young demon.
3) Itsuwari no Mori

Humans keep demons as slaves or pets for fighting, protection, and sex but there is one, Zai who refuses to fight. Zai is special since he can use magic by creating spells with his songs, but he refuses to sing too... will he, for his master?

There's a whole book, it's not just one chapter.
