#UNDERRATED. Don't let the cover drive you away! you'll miss out something good. It's actually sad, dark and somewhat realistic. What a trans suffers from the inside, hating self, hating others... he can't come to terms w/ himself falling inlove with an oji-san loser and his crossdressing that he suffered for more than a decade of denying who he is. warning: age gap couple creepy-ass "perfect" parents fear of society's judgment fabulously out in the end!
;-; I love this... It's unusual, I wouldn't exactly classify it as "yaoi" because it's not really about yaoi, (even though they are a gay couple) but the portrayal of depression and how each character had their own problems, and how they solved those problems, how they came to terms with their flaws was just so heartwarming and heartbreaking all at once ;-;
i’m having a lot of mixed feelings about this one. like. suicidal thoughts and depression don’t go away because your underage pseudo boyfriend told you not to kill yourself. they’re not good for each other. that’s not a stable relationship. yikes. liked the art and tanabe and his ex wife.
