Interesting! Detectives are investigating a murder of a 15 year old boy, one that seems to be tied to an unsolved serial killer case many years ago. One of the detectives is obviously traumatized, and ends up making advances with his partner when he was emotionally messed up. The seme partner though, is really into the unexpected side of his personality.

Detectives Sakuma and Tsutsumi have been partners for the past 6 months who have been working on serial killings of high school boys.

I liked it. The story was interesting and the couple was cute. Tsutumi is a playboy who only cares about his job and gets a new partner Sakuma who is very struggled and logical or so it seems. After an incident Salina gets weird which interests Tsutumi. Tsutumi diggs into Sakuma's past and discovers why he's changed but they continue to sleep together and work the case. Eventually the truth is discovered and Tsutsumi kind of pushes Sakuma to get help which helps them have a good ending.

Seeing the corpse's wound has triggered uke. Seme had to bring uke back home, who still looks ill. Uke unconsciously got his heat and they had sex. Apparently, uke knows something about the murder case that they are currently solving.

Tsutsumi, a police detective, is married to his work, and six months ago he was partnered with Sakuma, a talented newbie. They have a relatively distant relationship marked by friendly bickering, but when Sakuma is mysteriously affected by a case, their interactions take on a strange turn that leaves Tsutsumi uncertain of his partner and, most of all, himself.

This is a well-crafted, self-contained mystery and drama rolled up into one. The plot, pacing, and themes are perfectly balanced and executed. Both Sakuma and Tsutsumi are interesting and well-realized characters, and the development of their romance feels very plausible, even given the extraordinary circumstances through which it unfolds. The story is refreshingly free of BL cliche, and while it never crosses the line into being disturbing, there are dashes of realism that make this a more somber read than you might expect coming from this author. This, to my mind, is all for the better. For example, at one point one character tells another that he cannot treat PTSD using sex, and this may be the only BL where mental health is taken seriously and someone actually gets psychiatric treatment (!). I do highly recommend this to any BL aficionados who are looking for a mature story that touches on serious issues but remains a compelling romance - especially recommended to fans who like the detective genre.

With respect to rape/dubcon: virtually nothing. The thing I can think that some readers might object to is that when they initially have sex *****SPOILERS**** Sakuma is definitely upset and arguably in a disassociative state when he initiates. Within the context of the manga I wouldn't consider this dub con or rape, but thought I would mention this just in case. Additionally, there is very little gore and violence for being a detective drama.

I dont like the fact that it was uke who confessed to seme first. It feels like he was the one who was clinging to seme from the beginning till the end of story, while seme just accepted him and didnt express much.

Metropolitan police investigator, Tsutsumi, is an eccentric who loves solving cases above all others. Imprudent with a wicked tongue, he only needs to find a thin thread of clue to solve cases with his sharp intuition and insight.
Meanwhile, Tsutumi’s partner, Sakuma, is a newbie who got assigned to the Metropolitan Police department 6 months ago.
But a certain incident caused Sakuma to change. Struck by curiosity, Tsutsumi embraced him when Sakuma changed from his usual demeanor and goes into heat...
