I can't even bring my self to re-read it it was so sad. It was the first manga that ever made cry buckets. Its to much of a tear jerker, but it was very cute and a beautiful story

unpopular opinion but this is one of the worst manga i've ever read, important themes like r*pe, cheating and abortion are taken sooo lightly (idk if it's bc of the author's ignorance or that's just a... cultural thing tbh?this is not the first time i've read mangakas write about themes like that so lightly, i mean wtf?), i couldn't see the female lead mature throughout the whole series, she was dumb and naïve af and she remained that dumb till the end. i felt sorry for hiro but he still remains a toxic manipulator. the females were all bitches.

Hmmm... I don't know how to feel about this one. I hated how it made light of such awful situations, I mean the guy you like calling out another girl's name during sex and how quickly she forgave him... like that would happen, or getting raped but everything being fine and she can just get over it because her boyfriends there like there should be so much more trauma expressed and the FRICKIN' MISCARRIAGE!!! I mean I blinked and she was smiling again like nothing happened! Don't get me wrong, it's not that I have a problem with that being portrayed in a manga but I just feel like those are serious issues and should have gone into more depth instead of just skimming over it like it's no big deal. I know that throughout the manga they still refer back to those times but I feel like the actual event happening should've been deeper and instead of making me feel sad for her just made me feel annoyed. ALSO how pathetic of a friend that AYA was I mean she clearly had insecurity issues but to ditch her friend and make her feel like shit without confronting her! I hate those characters the most! If it were me I would've ditched her straight out but maybe I'm just cold hearted. The ending however; despite how annoying I found the beginning, made me shed a few tears! That was done really well, I just wish it'd been like that previously as well so we could really feel the emotion like in the end. Total Roller-coaster. Sorry for the long paragraph :L...

This story is harsh as reality...it's like a punch in the teeth! The happiest moment followed by the saddest one! My poor heart was broken into pieces and I cried, but I don't regret reading it: this story is so good that it's worth reading, so when you feel like reading something sad, this is totally recommended! After all, it's based on a true story, so that's why you can feel the taste of the harsh reality: bad things just happen without any warning and sad moments come when you least expect it; your happiness could be taken away at any time. This is such a touching story, you can't remain indifferent after reading it. A story you can't forget and that will make you see things in a different light: I think the most important thing is to understand that every single moment is precious!

Didn't like the way the Hiro treated Mika. He should have just broke up with her why hurt her like that. I hate guys like that. And why did she put up with it. To go through all she did cause of his ex and then have him do those things to her and she still wanted to be with him. It makes me mad she would be that stupid.

terrible story. Underage sex/rape/cancer/ LORD it is all over the place. The pacing is atrocious

I won't be able to re-read this coz it broke my heart so much!!!!!! This is the first manga that made me cry so much, continuously while reading the last 4 chapters!!!! Ahhhh really, don't want to experience it again. Lol this is so good but wtf you'll really need a tissue.

Someone PLEASE make this into an anime so I can cry even more..this is the best/saddest thing I've ever read or watched. I had so many different emotions throughout this manga an I think that's probably what made it automatically my favorite of all time. Definitely worth staying up all night to read!!
