wtf did i just read? i dont even want to rate this. I have read many yaois which have rape elements in it but this is the worst one i have ever read. the author could have just gave a happy ending to the uke with his senpai but why did she have to give us such a bad ending??? Wtf was the author even thinking???

I'm so sad, I really wanted haruki and hana-san to end up together and I'm so sad for harking it didn't work out, this was really good but in a really sad sense, truly a psychological horror manga.

Nah. Listen, it was a good psychological read at first, very dark, disturbing but no bullshitting with the MC declining mental health, it was real...until the fucking ending. We were wrapping up, bastard rapist was out of the picture, uke got help, he was healing and relinking with his ex who btw helped him and then the author says fuck you and takes 10000 steps back. Horrible and rushed.

Not rating because I only read one volume out of four—dropped.

I dropped this mainly because of its translation, honestly. I finished volume one and I was kind of just lost at what had happened, it kind of makes no sense.

Another thing is that this is clearly leaning heavily on the psychological side, the relationship between the brothers is pretty explicitly toxic. It's romanticized, at least not in the first five chapters, but I thought it was done pretty poorly. The older brother is the victim, and there's a ten-year age gap between the two. A thirteen-year-old and twenty-three-year-old. What's poor about it is that it's just fucking stupid. Like, dude. He's a teenager. Just push him off. He basically lays limp and just lets his brother do whatever he wants, too scared he'll end up pushing his brother away emotionally. And then when he starts victim blaming himself, it's like . . . Yeah. You're fucking retarded.

I saw people in the comments complaining about the ending, being that the brothers end up being a couple again when the story ends. With the serious way it had treated the abuse from the small excerpt of the overall story I read, the fact that it ends like that does vaguely intrigue me, so maybe I'll end up giving this another try in the future. IDK.

I hate that he chose the step bro at the end and why didn't he choose a healthy relationship instead of a toxic one WHY?? The fact that the stepbro fucked him up so bad in his head that he didn't think he deserved someone nice.. BRO that is messed up and if not to end with Hanabusa then I wanted this to end with him dying with the sleeping pills WITHOUT calling the mom so that he will see others happy and only him in pain dealing with the loss of his ''Love''...

what is it about yaoi incest that's so interesting? the fucked up dynamic? it was definitely entertaining, tho i wish the art was better. we also see a somewhat reasonable portrayal of trauma bonding and even tho the story seems kinda overdone with the hackneyed tropes of dark incest stories with utterly miserable mc, the journey to the end in which mc picks the stepbro is believable.
