A bittersweet story about a ghost boy who just wanted something he thought he couldn’t have. Loving a man who already liked another believed he had no chance, went to the roof where he lost his footing and met his end. Years later he still haunts the school but one day he meets a boy who is also an artist just like his past love. Just wanting attention he asks the boy to paint a portrait only fir the boy to find a painting of the ghost made by his past love that is filled with such love and warmth. It was a truly beautiful read and it made me so happy when the ghost finally realized that he was loved and how he should have confessed when he had the chance.
Honestly I’m glad they didn’t end up together. It would be complicated but it would have been very pushy, like there’s a need for a happy ending, which would have destroy the beauty of the story. It’s sad and it hurt but I think that way the story is much more beautiful :) I felt more satisfied than sad
MC lying on the rooftop after getting rejected by his female childhood friend, a guy came and saw his notebook full of drawings of the girl. Guy was a ghost who disappeared after getting comforted later. That was the MC's second heartbreak.
19 pages... Those 19 pages had me crying for 5 minutes now... And not just for 1 reason but for plenty of them... In only 19 pages... I wish someday to be able to pass such strong feelings with my manga to my readers in only 19 pages...
