This story is what got me hooked on omegaverse mangas. It's awesome. The omega here isn't some weak, helpless victim. He understands the world he lives in and is using the tools he has to his advantage. He doesn't sit passively in a corner locked away protecting his virginity, or stomp his foot and yell at the alphas to take him seriously and not see him as a sex object, because that would get him nowhere in the world he lives in. But he can strategically place himself in a position to succeed and use/dominate those who think they are dominating him. That's how he's become so successful. It's not pretty but his reality is harsh. He's jaded as hell, but he has every reason to be. Yet he finally comes across what he didn't think could exist- An alpha that could love and respect him and treat him as an equal. To see his walls start crumbling as he interacts with him just hooked me...well that and the sex scenes. And omg I LOVE the comments from this scanlation group! These girls just kill me. It's impossible to get any good ABO ever. The omega always has to be a timid weakling who the big good alpha has to save or an omega who uses their body to advance and is in essence "slutty" (the latter isn't inheritanly bad since the ABO society seems shit but I still find it a bit......) Why is there no middle ground? Why do I have to root for a guy to get the guy if the guy isn't even desirable?
