The entire beginning was kind of garbage, but the last few chapters particularly were a difficult read. I do have to say though the author undoubtedly portrayed rape aftermath accurately toward the end. To say all survivors of rape are a monolith would be a gross misrepresentation, but I am glad the author did not brush over what happened to Maki. Now to say whether it was handled appropriately is not really for me to say and is a whole separate question, but I do think the author did attempt to show the gravity of what Maki experienced. That's why it feels sickening to read because that's how it is in reality.
------➽➽ RAPE WARNING (not by seme) ➽➽uke( Maki) and seme(shuu) has been childhood friends, though the Shuu is actually quite older.. Maki is very fond of him and consider him like a brother???.. although he has underlying feelings for him & one day he wents to meet Shuu at his house where some sort of weed party was going on & sees Shuu GETTING a BJ by his GF & himself got attacked by another older girl high on weeds gave him a BJ too which is seen by SHUU & he gets pissed & starts punching the other guy & asked them to leave ..so lets see in next chapters that whether the love is onesided ...??? Do Shuu also likes Maki?? whats store in for their future???
