This is a very interesting story, of a girl who has plastic surgery and the society still frowning upon her. College life..full of various people..the usual beauty but a bitch at heart, hot guy but very practical, sidekick friends, assholes you get the drill..

Homely girl transforms through plastic surgery and debuts her new look at college/university. Unfortunately, she's called a Gangnam Beauty (pretty only cuz cosmetic surgery) and she also has to deal with sexual harassment, subtle bullying, a deceptive and sly rival fake-friend (maybe, she's hard to read). Main hero intervenes in her situations, but things get complicated, because the campus beauty has her eye on the hero, who also has a mysterious side.

I like this manga it's very interesting and there will be definitely some interesting dramas and love rivals going on. I REALLY WANT TO SEE THE HYUNG SENIOR with brown hair WHO FELL IN LOVE WITH KANG MIRAE AT FIRST SIGHT i want to see the drama that will be happening . It's so interesting please we neeed more chapters!!

This is sooooo good and addictive. Tbh, I don't like how Mirae looks because of the bags and the lines by her mouth. I know it's to show that she got surgery but I can't see her as pretty so when a guy in the story is like omg she's so pretty it's just like "lol k". But she has a great personality and I love her character; Definitely ship her with kyungsuk! A must read filled with comedy, drama and emotions~

Even after watching the show I don’t feel bad for sooah at all.
Mirae is a victim because she was bullied for her ugliness even though she had a decent personality. Even after getting plastic surgery they still treated her badly because she wasn’t their standard of beauty.

Sooah got bullied because she didn’t shower (due to child neglect). After she started washing, she became full of herself and started basically only being friends with “ugly” people to look prettier than them. She played with peoples feelings and created a fake personality. When people started hating her it’s because they realised she was a bad friend turned out to have a terrible personality. She wasn’t a victim she was just narcissistic

Honestly at first I thought that this was going to be something like "ugly duck becomes beautiful cisne and all their problems go away". But it was refreshing to see how the FL, even if she got surgery, still struggles with problems with her self steem; like even if she is pretty now, the trauma doesn't go away. And also, society doesn't let her be at all, she keeps being bullied and called names. I liked that they didn't try to romantice the transformation thing. The plot felt relatable and realistic (well, you know, as realistic as a romcom webtoon can be), and leaves a good message. I felt frustrated in a lot of points because of the FL thoughts but well, as she said, it's something that you can't fully understand unless you have lived throught it

I really loved both the manhwa and kdrama, although in the kdrama, they changed some things but both were really good:(((. this was my second time rereading the manhwa and I plan to rewatch the kdrama too.

I think this is a cute webtoon and I’m excited to see character development on both sides!

i like this story because i can relate because i was ugly as fuck and now im pretty and bad but i still act like i was when i was ugly so it makes so many problems for me

such a good read. CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH the characters and everything is so good,, an extremely honest plot that brings up issues like insecurity, assault, trauma etc... Sad that the drama did not have the same impact, would have educated and brought awareness to a much larger audience
