I didn't want to put any positive tags like 'cute' because while the manga DOES make an effort to be light hearted and cutesy, it is all just to cover the MC's love interest's obvious pedophilia... Everything else is cute, but they give the pedophile more screen time than they probably should because it just kind of ruins the cutesy feeling when you realize he is a literal pedophile, he stops somebody's kid to patch up his knee, feel him up and then try to lure the kid into some nearby bushes to get naked with him... luckily the kid runs away.
