The male lead is trash there is no getting around that. But the female lead is what I dislike the most in this entire thing. She is so above and beyond stupid. It’s not even her being naïve, she is just plain stupid. :-) To herself thinking that she’s pregnant, in his home freaking out because everything was it so big when I was here last and then thinking maybe he’ll be happy to hear about this baby and oh no there’s so many things that Baby could get her in this house. Her stupidity is on another level, she’s so stupid you cannot even feel sorry for her you feel angry at her and you feel like she deserves the class that she gets. Like, she’s being way too confident and comfortable and happy go lucky in a situation where she should’ve been stressed. If this is how she was in the novel than the novel messy total and complete garbage. Because her character is so stupid, and I cannot believe I said stupid so many times in a comment, that there is no way anyone reading the novel can feel any sort of connection to her. She is the definition of stupid, this is the worst female lead character I have ever read

1. He left her at the altar for the paparazzis to prey on and she was alone with no one to rely on
2. They met again and she allowed him into her house and had sex. Uhmm... wtf girl has no brain
3. He got her pregnant and he doesn’t recognize his child
4. She still stays with him even after those shitty things he did. Gosh she has only brainstem working for her right now. Totally no cerebrum. Stupidity at its finest.
5. He makes her wear his ex’s designed dress and doesn’t admit to others that he is a father of their child.
6. She still accepts his proposal after all that?! CONFIRMED NO BRAIN DETECTED IN THIS GIRL.

THOSE THINGS ARE RED FLAGS ALREADY. WHEN SHE WAS LEFT AT THE ALTAR, SHE SHOULDN’T HAD LET THINGS PROGRESS TO MANY MORE SUFFERINGS. I WAS FRUSTRATED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS READING THIS. I BET THEIR CHILDREN WOULD BE STUPID. IF I COULD GIVE 0/5 I WOULD. WORST HARLEQUIN.

And I read the novel, it didn’t redeem itself from utter trash that it was. I thought that maybe the ML in there would be somehow understandable and would make amends through actions. And other harlequin novels are better than the manga adaptation so I was slightly hoping it also would be. But sadly, the novel was just as horrendous and I was just as furious too. DON’T READ. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.
