Although they are not related by blood, they are still stepbrothers legally, so it's a bit weird how easily not only the twins accept them, but also the mother of the seme. The side story of the pair with the twin boy is also just unnecessary, kind of uncomfortable considering he other guy is 25 while the twin is literally just a fucking middle schooler.
