Personally I can see the way they love each other in their actions and speech but like many other comments Id at least like to see some more warm moments between them. There has been such high tension and so little comfort for a while now. Ch 120

As I was reading comments, I feel like people only enjoy to see a dick into an ass, when we're talking about bl. That's people who never really care about the story.

There's several moments, you can understand , the emperor loved Lui chenfeng for a long moment, before he cross-dressed to be his little sister. The empress told it ” I thought you were special, liking weapons with jo interest for women but I never thought that... ” . So clearly she understood that the emperor loved him. Second his uncle, hidden himself to see Lui as the emperor was jealous. So if you didn't understand the love between them, you didn't take care about the story, and you don't know how to read facial expressions. Lui chenfeng was sad when rou rou joined the harem, even after her death, you can clearly understand that he's sad because he thinks the emperor is sad because he lost rou rou ( as futur consort).

And why do you think he took the risk to call his army when the emperor is poisoned... take a guess.

If you don't have the habit with Chinese manwha, don't blame the author...

From somes comments, the emperor is stupid and useless. So... from the hunt, he was ready to counter-atrack the assassination... he knew from the start Lui chenfeng was in the palace. He took time to take a way to put him as prime minister and as he said he was looking how to help the Lui’s army yo be free. The author didn't write, the thought of the emperor, everything it sees from the point of view of Lui chenfeng.

Honestly, I have fun between pigeons and spies as they were introduced in the story. Well 165 chapter and I didn't take a break because that was not only based on a dick into an ass

No direct confession from either side yet but there's a subtle hint that the ML has feelings for the mc. Kinda more of a bromance than an actual romance tbh but we will never know since this hasn't been updated.

I suddenly miss my tyrant emperors... The antagonist has a point, this emperor is so indecisive and emotional (plus the way he was introduced as a comedic weapon lover to this serious looking yet "mysterious" guy...who in the end, is really just a fool who makes it more difficult for liu chengfeng to do shit...) And im honestly confused with where the plot aims to go. We literally glossed over the premise and went right into this battlefield that is really just the past being unresolved hence the unknown characters popping up like mushroom to complicate things... The emperor is pissing me off more and more while liu chengfeng has to deal with everything — he had this plans that are useless since they dont have any sense of urgency because liu chengfeng wouldve jumped right into the gun to resolve things — this emperor collects his enemies, he's basically a sitting duck tryna act like he knows what he's doing. But the author gloss it over with "i already knew" — which makes it honestly all the more stupid because look at where we're at.
