İlk 4 bölüm: Model × Model 5. Bölüm: Model × Fotoğrafçı 6. Bölüm: ölen ilk aşkının kardeşi ile ilişki 7. Bölüm: aralarında 4 yaş farkı olan çocukluk arkadaşlarının ilişkisi
Adults. Main story is about two models. Mc Tadashi was there doing a photoshoot when Aki was recruited. Aki becomes super popular out of nowhere, and Tadashi is down in the dumps about it. Tadashi is also distraught about a drunken one-night-stand they had together after which Aki started ignoring him. A few other mostly unrelated one-shots. All of the stories here are pretty good, depicting real people of different personality types with real problems. I appreciate sensei's writing style. It'd be nice if she wrapped her stories up a little more completely, though.
I liked this set of mangas fairly well. The art is nice, not beautiful, but nice enough. The plots seemed to be well thought out. and progressed at a good pace.
A mixed bag of stories, two about models and one shorter story about a strange encounter. While it is clear that this is an early work, if you're a fan of the mangaka it's worth checking out. Stories rated individually below.
The longest is about a model and his former protege in the mutually awkward aftermath of a drunken one-night stand. Not a new concept for the genre, but it's nicely handled. It could have used more character development, as our leads are on the bland side, but all in all quite readable. 3/5
The second story is about a high-schooler who has been working as a model for a long time and struggling with both his upcoming graduation and diminishing success in his career. When he is scouted to work on a high-profile project for a photographer, his expectations are shaken when the photographer confesses to being in love with him. This story loses points for its premise (adult x high school-aged teen), but it's definitely not the worst of the genre. 2/5
The final story is so very short and so very frustrating. It's about a college student returning to his home town, still numb from the death of a friend two years ago - a friend whom he realized belatedly that he loved. On the train, he encounters his dead friend's brother. 2/5
In a way, my frustrations with the final story encapsulate my feelings about this manga as a whole. All three are rich with the possibility to be more than they are if they had been given more room to develop (a problem that is by far the worst in the final story, which has a lot of potential but perfunctory execution). As it is, all three are fine enough on their own, but if you're in the mood for what these stories very nearly were (excellent and introspective character studies that center on professional and interpersonal conflicts and struggles), check out some of this mangaka's later work to see all that potential realized.
Apart from the fact that one of the stories features a character who is still in high school sleeping with an adult, there's not rape or dubcon in this one.
