I didn't like this at all. The art is wonderful but the story... the prince's behavior has no excuses, he treats Kiari bad without listening to him even once. But Kiari doesn't even try to change things, he doesn't act like any normal person would, just pity himself. And what about the prince's true love? I didn't understand this part, was the secretary his lover, brother from same mother or what? Theamgaka should make a collab because her art is truly amazing, but her plots... at least the smut scenes are pretty hot.

I really love this manga... They accept same gender marriage... I hope someone will produce this manga and make it an anime...

Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The story relies heavily on conflict caused by the characters simply failing to talk through misunderstandings for no apparent reason. They have time to be together multiple times, get married and even for the seme to suddenly RAPE his own husband and yet have no time to simply talk to each other.
It's always annoying to watch a cute, hard working and well meaning uke suffer for no good reason. That is 90% of this book, watching the good guy suffer at the hands of his own husband. It's really pretty gross and I found it hard to ship them. I wish the uke had walked away instead.

Absolute trash. The uke is okay and did nothing wrong other than be a little brain dead. Like, how can he forgive the seme for taking him away from his family and friends, raping him, and treating him like garbage? I don't understand. Just because a person has a shitty life doesn't mean that you have to sympathize with them by also having a shitty life in return.

I see that many people are upset that there was an arranged marriage with a dowry. My family is from royal lineage and we still have arranged marriages. I graduated high school really early and my mother arranged for me to marry into another noble family it included a dowry payable to my mother and father after the wedding. Shocker for you lot; I was supposed to be married when I was 13 years old because that’s how old I was when I graduated high school. Buuut I’m a rebel and I said “piss on your stupid lineage bullshit” and my mother kicked me out. I was emancipated and I chose to go to college for 4 years before serving in the military for 5 years and as a private military contractor for 5 years. While I was serving, I went back to college and I kept going back; that determination paid off and I have 3 doctorates, a loving spouse, and I own a 501(c)3 non profit wildlife sanctuary.

I’m so glad I didn’t marry that clown because he ended up shooting the woman he did marry in the face after years of physically abusing her.
