Definitely one of the best Gender Bender manhwas out there. Has a lot of excitement and twists for the reader to discover, beautiful art and character designs and the greatest century to be chosen for such a theme. One of my personal favorites.
Wahh...I wish it was Euan and not Ray. The ideal main character is Euan and not Ray. Ray is too weak. Euan did so much for him and yet did not end up with Gabriel. This story is good, but disappointed in the pairing.
The characters are really great but I have to say that the plot is kinda mess up. Who did Angela end up with? Euan's death is just pointless. He goes all the way for Ray but why does he have to die like that? And at the very end, Ray still called Gabriel in the name Jeremy. *sighs*
I always find myself re reading this series. I found this over 3 years ago, yet every time I read it I feel different. The story and the art is truly beautiful. The author with many of her other series never Fails to amaze me. Her pen is a gift. This story I feel is incredibly timeless. From the characters to the art, I honestly feel that this should get a drama. It truly needs more recognition.
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve re-read this manhwa. It is so well written and executed that it’s almost addictive. I live for bittersweetness, and this manhwa is the epitome of that. It is my fav gender bender story, suits my preferences so perfectly Such storylines are truly bad for my health…
In 18th century England, Gabriel, an orphan girl from a fallen noble family befriended a young man named Jeremy, who was rumored to be an illegitimate child of a nobleman. After an incident occurred, resulting in his tragic death, Gabriel must impersonate her friend Jeremy, taking his place at an all boys academy for nobles, a place that may seem like heaven to others, but really hides a harshness which she would never have imagined.
