It is a great loss to Japan see the death of a couple of an already endangered japanese (were)wolves. Unfortunately, the child has nowhere to go to so the ministry thought it's best for him to grow up w/ someone of the same race. The gay social worker in-charge w/ the kid developed a crush to the werewolf writer that's teaching the child. And we know where this is going. (Good thing is, the wolf is also interested... VERY.)
Lore: By 2000s, the existence of half-beasts of different races were confirmed and governments all around the world formed an institution to protect peaceful co-existence with equal rights between half-beasts and humans. Currently, the biggest source of their worry is the extinction of the werewolf species as it was now down to the last two male wolves left.

so adorable, half beast and human live co-existing with each other. the last japanese wolf is going extinct with a smol boy who lost his family and is being taken care of another older wolf. A human man is part of the foster service and meets the wolf guy....I know where this is going and i want to experience it faster!!

C.5 done... Why Riku don't say "Mom" to Iori-san??? He raised him for 17 years!!! What an ungrateful boy But I love that the main couple are still toguether to the end They are sooooo sweet!!!

I still think that there's a lot of good chapters to come yet they ended it fast. However, I wish there would be more side stories of Riku when he was living with his new Dad and the lovey dovey and more smutty chapters for the love birds.

Interesting story even without the half human/ half beast aspect.
