Fujinami Kou is a high school second-year who had lost his boyfriend, an upperclassman schoolmate, to a car accident an year previously. On the anniversary of Misumi senpai's death, Kou is dispirited and contemplating skipping school. Kakitsubata Saki, a first-year, sees him and offers help, assuming that he's ill. As Kou startles at the sight of Saki's face and mentions that he resembles "the person I used to go out with", the younger boy is instantly intrigued and resolves to discover his sorrowful, introverted upperclassman's secret.
sooo good.... i really loved the entire atmosphere of this manga,, it's so sweet and gentle but also sad ㅠㅠ it's a slow burn also.. i feel like it should be much more popular hehe
this was a cute one ^^ there was a bit of angst but it was mostly fluff and slow burn :> i like slow burns so i enjoyed seeing their feelings bloom for each other >< their relationship is just so pure and adorable~ i'm glad that kou can finally move on and be happy with saki >< misumi seems like a nice guy too, its very unfortunate to lose him but i'm glad kou at least got some closure from the diary :(( misumi's gf wasn't the red flag type and she understood their situation which is so mature of her ^^ overall this was a pretty good one~ its been a long time since i've read something in the middle (vibe wise) just the right amount of angst and wholesome~ i wish we got to see more of their college life and just them dating but i'm pretty satisfied with just seeing them happy so hehe <33 this needs a higher rating bc this had a good plot and the characters were really nice~ the art style's pretty too this was a good read !!
this type of manga might bore some of the readers but this is just a perfect shounen ai for me! im happy for kou and saki. i wish for the happiness of the yuri as well because even though she is hurting also she didn't become a butch because of it.
