Ending was a bit rushed----actually, it is rushed, but then I still like it so it's fine. But it would be more fun if we get to see their life as a married couple. And I also like the extra chapter at the end. It's really cute! Unfortunately it's just a one shot :(

I liked this manga <3 Tanaka was really cute and Sensei was also handsome :3 and the art was awesome but the ending was confusing (SPOILERS!) they decided to go separate ways but then when they met after couple years Sensei said "marry me" out of the blue :/ and she was 16, and also I didn't get did they have wedding in hospital and teacher/principal led the ceremony? It was kinda confusing, but still I'm happy that they got together :3

I'm suprised they actually got to the ending where she married her sensei, like damn. That never happens in other shoujo mangas.
