Arashi, a landlord, is collecting tenant's monthly rent. All is good but the one tenant who seem to he struggling paying it. He heard groaning in Kakeru's room and out of concern, he uses the master key to open Kakeru's room. Arashi saw Kakeru weak and surrounded by dirty mess. The guy has fainted because of hunger. He found out that Kakeru is a writer and has been suffering from the worst writer's block. The guy asked for Arashi's help to experienced Boy's love, the new genre of the novel Kakeru is writing.
