a unique bl manhwa…. my favourite thing about this is how fleshed out the characters are. i swear i hated all of them before they slowly grew on me and now they’re all my favourite characters.

it’s also a really unique perspective having a character that becomes an observer of another plot, before he really gets to have his own storyline come into play. i think the author really achieved what they were going for.

it also addresses the hardships lgbtq ppl have to go through as well, which was very tasteful. everything felt down to earth and really realistic because of the characters, which really sold it for me. the only thing i have a gripe with though is that the cross dressing somehow never comes up again after the first part of the plotline. isn’t that supposed to be his hobby? and if that’s the inciting incident, it just feels wrong for it to be never mentioned again. it’s like it never even existed, and i think it does seunghee an injustice if that was his hobby, i feel like there should’ve been justice done about how shitty he was treated because of it

Oh my fucking god. I can't believe I dropped this stories however many years back. This was such an enjoyable read, even though it was trying at times. Incredible writing and character dynamics, I felt like I fell in love for the first time!

MC has an attitude and poor personality that annoyed me until towards the end when he finally lightened up a bit. ‘Side couple’ is better than the ‘main couple’ but the way the story is told almost makes the side couple feel like the main couple so that’s confusing. Also, I hate how the cross-dressing theme was kinda just dropped out of nowhere. MC doesn’t cross-dress at all towards the end, doesn’t even think about it or talk about it anymore unless in reference to a certain pic of them cross-dressing from before. I wish it had stayed a relevant part of the story to the end since that seemed like the main hook. Also, it seemed like the MC reading BL was going to a bigger part of their character but it wasn’t very relevant at all. Despite all the complaints I still mostly enjoyed it.

Long ass flash back Frr

Man if only that flashback wasn’t like 1/4th of the story.. when it was over, I had basically forgotten where we left off and suddenly didn’t feel very emotionally attached to the characters. It just kind of lost me.

Damn this was my first read of 2024 and it was one of the best read of my life, if not the best read. I loved literally everything about it. How we get to know about different characters and their love stories. And everything felt just right. Ughh I want to describe it better but I am inarticulate :(. 1000/10. This manhwa deserves to be in top 3 of my favs.

When is the mc's story going to start? I've been reading for ages and the side char's story arc feels so damn long I'm getting bored
