I can't like or connect with the characters bc of the random rape in the middle of the story, you can pretend that it never happened and it would be a good story, no joke it wouldn't even matter in the plot, but it's there and it's such a turn off for me, last chapter I just skipped through it, I wasn't feeling them at all... so out of character and so out of place
I thought why this manga has such a low rating but there for rape i wouldn't mind it if uke was not deaf but he was and it actually disturbing to read it seme was at limit like "if you can't love me then hate me" since spending 10 years together then seme left him uke felt empty he left his gf for him and after sex he become all accepted to it i think seme could have met another person he was handsome af but eiyej way it was yaoi and friends to lovers sometimes makes me angry like who stuck they are to their friend i think u wouldn't date the person who knows soooo much about you but this one has rush ending and i didn't like it much.
Nope! His friend rapes him and we pretend that's not a crime??? Also they're fake dating whole the uke is actually dating someone else?
Also, maybe it's just me, but it seems like the uke's hearing loss is pretty inconsistent?? Sometimes he can't hear himself singing and others he can hear someone calling his name from far away? Idk if he just didn't have his hearing aids for the singing thing or smth. I don't know how hearing impairments work, I'm so sorry if this is wildly ignorant
The story was so cute that I feel the rape was absolutely unnecessary.... Seriously people why are the mangakas so obsessed with raping. It doesn't even fit with the character, it's painted like a patient lover (who waited 10 years without making a move) to a rapist. What a way of ruin a character and a story
Seme fell for Uke first, but decided to remain friends bc he doesn’t want to ruin their friendship. Uke is partially left from a past accident, but Seme has always been by his side and is the one who understands him best and doesn’t treat his disability any differently. They’re natural for each other, like air, one can’t be without the other
