I liked how realistic it was specially when it came to everyone's trauma and the different ways to cope with it however it wasn't really anything amazing. I just felt like some chapters were left on an open note and some things were just never explained. idk but it wasn't the amazing story people said it would be.
Proves that not having godly art wouldn’t hinder good plot, super fucking good, got me standing up and shit brudda I felt so emotionally invested I almost imploded, if yall are hesitating to read, do hesitate if you dont like sensitive topics like rape, SA, suicidal mentions and attempts bcs HUUUWEEE IT BROUGHT ME TO PEAK MADNESS, I literally finished this in one read its damn crazy…
I'm gonna report the author for making me bawl my eyes out. Felt happy, agonised, touched, humbled, appreciative and gratified all at the same time. Dear author, this is what I call a story. Respect to your art. There were no selling baits in this, neither sleaze, sex, cheating tropes or misunderstandings nor unrealistic good, miracles or any plot armour for the characters. This mc is no loose character, he's not immoral neither is he a hedonist. He's a good person. He never wanted to do any of that. He resisted and resisted, until he lost any point to that, until he began loathing himself and went insane. He was like a walking dead. Boris brought him to life. Bless them. Still long way to go. But as a very good message which was given by the story said, that some wounds never heal, but with loved ones around, we could learn to live with them, accept them and still find happiness and life within us. When shared, pain lessens and happiness multiplies.
LOVED THIS SO MUCH IT MADE ME CRY. it gets hard to read sometimes bc of the really heavy themes but i like the storytelling and how boris isnt there to fix sehyun but to be his pillar and i think that's more realistic and defines love more
