this manga was.. alright. i liked Ren, basic as he may be. but i didn’t much care for him dating the other girl. now DONT GET ME WRONG i don’t think he was practicing infidelity, and it probably wouldn’t bother me if he was, but him being in a pretty legit relationship he didn’t want let go of made it weird for me to root for the FL. because as much as I wanted him to break up with the gf, i hated that the FLs feelings werent reciprocated. and she was stuck constantly pining over Ren who didn’t return her feelings. i like this authors stories but both ao haru ride and strobe edge have the MLs somewhat committed to other girls and that is not my cup of tea!

I remember reading this when I was young and this one became my favorite. But reading this now that I'm already an adult made me realize that Ren did cheat. No matter what you say, he did cheat. He was emotionally attracted to FL while he's still in a relationship. Cheating is cheating, don't justify cheating. It's disgusting.

It isnt so cute as I thought it was .... maybe im not into shojo anymore. The fl is too fixated on her feelings... like i get it her first love and all but she could have atleast gave second lead cinnamon roll a chance.... buttt nope she just drooled over someones bf (｀_´)ゞ

Comfort book, still my all time faves love the yearning from both sides and Andou will forever be the funniest guy ever.

Literally so cute I found the conflict super interesting it was kind of a love square??? But there’s a 2nd ml and he just made me feel sad because he had no chance. Still so cute though <3

I must admit, I always avoided this since way back when. But once I started reading this yesterday (i know im being so late), i was thissss close to drop it again since shojo about fmc who loves a boy with a gf is a no no for me.

But guess wjat? Imo the author handled it way perfectly (at least I think she executed the plot and drama in a okay-ish manner).

There is no such thing as fmc being annoying and gungho to steal the ml from his gf, and no scene of ml who wants to cheat with fmc.
They have quite a respectful boundary (except for Ando i guess. But he learned better)
