I find it very interesting how this manga is much newer and technically has "better" art than its original, but somehow the story and characters are so much worse. The MC seems less noble and a lot more naive and Challe's hatred for humans is not communicated as well. Honestly, the story isn't communicated as well either. How strange and disappointing. Kudos to it getting an anime adaptation more than a decade after its release though.
It's the same story with a cleaner art style. I wonder if this will end the same or continue on? I almost thought it was reuploaded, but it seems to match the anime. Also seems to be released in 2021, so it's recently repudated I think.
So there's another version of this one with a different art style, I like both this one and the other one, although the other one has just a bit more storytelling and context, this version sorta skips out on the storytelling so some scenes look very abrupt or don't seem to transition very well, regardless I like the story as a whole and mc is very much like tohru Honda from fruits basket, very sweet and naive but honest and faithful to her beliefs.
i thought its a reupload but its an alternate story. this one is probs on the heavier side and iirc there was no romance in the og adaptation, i wonder if its gon be included here? — 1.)
