Comments of Talentless Nana

(She's not some insane character or a bitch. She's just doing her job. I love to see a powerless character against a large number of powerful ones using only her wits. Please don't hate on Nana.)

For all those readers out there who HATE Nana because of what she did and who she is, could you take a
moment and put yourself in her shoes and think?

I'm very very frustrated when I see these comments:
1. I hate Nana since chapter 1.
Me: ...
2. She killed all those innocent people.
Me: they're not 'that' innocent. The people she killed, some were a pervert, a stalker, a killer and also a bully; except for Nakajima.
3. Nanao (her 1st victim) should have been the Main Character. He's so much better than her. Me: This is a shounen manga with a very complex and captivating MC who's also a female. She has only her wits and ordinary human ability against a group of talented individuals with amazing powers.
4. I just hate her cus she's so dumb and annoying. Me: Ignorance..
5. I hope she will fall into despair and hopefully dies. Me: More ignorance..
6. She doesn’t deserve anyone’s forgiveness. Me: Have you no heart?

I'll tell you what. Imagine this.
You are a witch hunter. It’s your job and you work by killing all the witches you have encountered and with no mercy. Why? Because they are a threat to humanity. Who says so? The organization you work with. Even your parents, your neighbours, your teachers, your friends and your community believe it which also leads to you believing so.

Do you feel any guilt? No.
Do you feel sad? No.
Do you feel like they deserve it? Yes.
Should you stop the killing even if the witches might show you ‘kindness’? No. Why? Because the witches are the enemies of humanity. ‘They’ estimated that 1 witch can kill hundreds of humans with just 1 curse. You have your ‘hard proof’ because the numbers are a logical estimation. So why bother about mercy. They don’t deserve it. If you don't kill them, they will kill you by using their 'talent'. After you, they'll kill your parents, neighbours, friends and hundreds and thousands of other humans.
Oh but they already killed your parents. You are now 100% sure that they are completely evil.

Then one day, you realize that not all of them are bad. One witch was so kind that she was willing to sacrifice her life to save yours. This act of kindness and love are so strong that you feel moved and your eyes are finally opened. You no longer want to kill the witches and you are trying so hard to correct your past sins. You ask for forgiveness by helping them to escape the clutches of ‘people’ who are afraid of their status quo being threatened. They are willing to control and brainwash individuals like you, the hunters, to kill all witches even the young ones, the children.
You killed because you have to. If not, what of other people? If you fail, other children will find their parents’ beheaded heads this time. That was what you were made to believe. You believed it because it was real, it felt real and you needed to direct your anger and vengeance towards someone or something.
Now that you know you were being manipulated all this time, what would you do?
Be like Nana who accepts her mistakes and tries to repent. She doesn’t falter for too long and she is not in denial.
If she could do her job so well, imagine if she plots against Tsuruoka? This MC is not your typical one. Honestly, I’m tired of MC-being-weak-at-first-but-tries-hard-to-be-amazing-and-turns-out-to-have-potential-but-still-is-weak-so-needs-to-train-and-maybe-impress-that-girl-trope.
Please don’t just read the manga as it is. There’s more to the stories than just the killing.
I’m rooting for her and you should too. She is the real MC no matter what you say.

I really hope that nakajima wont die again and he'll become a good guy again i wanted to see the extent of his abilities, i feel like aswell that how did he became invisible? i think every time he nullify someone's powers he could get their powers once they die or he could use them while nullifying someone's abilities

I thing higarashi is some kind brainwashing soldier that being used by the true evil guy, the true enemy of humanity is human it self cause human can do worst that demon do she didn't realize that she kill the talented ppl who have a chance to become the savior *except the necromancer girl she got chance to become evil(actually already twisted)* ,

murder and superpowers what more could you ask for ??! 8.7/10

Boring. Also I hate how they gave Nana some tragic backstory and then made her groomed to kill people, and then made her realize her humanity and how she’s some good friend with a decent heart that wants to repent, it’s so cliche. She killed people and then ate and slept afterwards for weeks. Watch her get exposed fully and then everyone sides with her bc she’s a changed person now! Such bull. You can defend her and sure I’ll get your points but bffr. She killed some innocent dude by shoving him off a cliff and only felt true remorse for his death after her friend died.

Nana killed him? Whos nana? Random girl from organazation killing people on a island that didnt really do anything half bad. Ur argument goes both ways "UNDERSTAND NANA SHE IS ORGANIZTION SHE THINK SHE RIGHT!!" I dont think she right and i stick with that

Someone knew which is the chapter where the anime ends?

Love this, its's so hard to find a interesting girl mc kinda sad about the hate in the anime's comments because its like kakegurui type fun with epic character development and theres so many questions i'd loved to see answered
