Chara ebb and flow is so palpable omgg yhe ending gagged me... About the inevitable development of things.. intimacy as not needing to be between girls+boys but the vulnerability these 2 expressed woe
this character goes through a breakup and realizes what his girl was really like. he doubts what he has been taught and believed in his whole life that relationships are between a man and a woman and that equals sex and love. he starts to question what love really means and what constitutes a "relationship" between two people. he has a good day hanging out with a classmate that seems to want to the same things as him only they express it differently. he has to decide rather they should be friends or something more. i felt like this was a very honest look at the angst involved in same sex relationships.
I really really love this. It's so beautiful and heart-warming. The main character questions why love has always been taught to be with a man and woman, and he doesn't even know when he was taught such a thing. It's a reflection on love and feelings and how you fall in love.
Two boys, dumped by the same girl, end up drinking together and sharing a bed. The bitter one tests the other for emotional intimacy without realizing that they had made a true connection during that short time. Realistic and keenly observed slice-of-life oneshot by Yamagata Satomi.
