Garbage, The male character was interesting at first i really did enjoy that clueless "imma say something nice and not realize I'm flirting act" but it got really old fast I started off from where I left on the anime worse decision although the art style is decent that's all I have to say about this the female lead was super promising i liked her and the whole concept of being switch at birth along with her being a sort of misunderstood character but comfort character at the same time she helps the Male lead and he does the same it works well. But this manga had to go ruin that whole aspect.
1. His sister has always known him as her older brother but all of a sudden she finds out he isn't and she has the hots like tf?
2. The point of him dating Hiro he has always liked Hiro even after he was engaged nothing stopped him but then the male lead decides im not really interested like I was 30 chapters ago now I like Female lead more cuz she has this guy in her space that knows her well. Absolutely ridiculous
3. Father is a straight up asshole like what is the point? Why force your kid to get engaged to your real kid? Can't they be friends? He gets even worse he secretly meets up with Nagi(ML) sister for random chats that do nothing but put shit in her head that make her all pissy. The point is why insist on a engaged marriage if it doesn't benefit you Nagi's parents even said we don't really care anymore be friends like what? The father is bored so bored he wants to mess around in his daughter's love life. The best part so apparently Nagi and Ameno(FL) ended confessing to each other go to the father and he said "Welp looks like I gotta separate yall Ameno go over seas and Nagi get lost" like the whole chapter is a mental mind fuck turns out 5 chapters later the main lead ends up with Hiro while still flirting with the (FL) or saying romantic related stuff. I don't recommend the show or manga no progression or development

The mc character is a bit annoying at first, but I did understand that this is typical for a high school student who lacks in social life, but in the latest chapter at last there's a process with the character, can't wait to see more character progress
