Okay story, I guess, but why did the men all have to snicker. Makes it seem like they're always laughing up their sleeves. Really annoying. The FL was also all over the place emotionally and mentally. She was kind of Dumb (with a capital D). And if the dude was a Spaniard, why did he work for the British Government, and why were his family all Argentinos? I mean, Argentinos DO speak Spanish, but they are not Spaniards, and any Argentino who worked as a government agent for Britain would not be welcome on his home soil again. While most of them could care less about a couple of sheep stations in the Atlantic with bad weather, the Falkland War is still fresh in a lot of minds.
