Like the other commenter said, the "rude" comments are mostly imagined by Kou because of his insecurity. In the first manga Memeshii Aku to Azatoi Suh, you can see more of Kou's dinamic in the group since it's from Suu's perspective most of the time.
Even I actually hope he goes to the rival gym bc Seme does not deserve Uke!!!
