They’re all simultaneously attracted to the idea of each other holding Yuka and the idea of themselves— mainly Orie— as Yuka being held by one another.

Yuka cherished all three of them, supposedly, and her love for each of them complicates their feelings for each other in the midst of her death.

An interesting premise on paper, obscured by its unwillingness to let Yuka be more than a memory and limiting the boys’ memories of her to her body.

Their sexual encounters with each other are all fueled by a desire to embrace Yuka again, Orie has this prolonged interest in how Yuka had been held by the other boys, Tatsumi has photos of each of them being intimate with her, Suguru fucks Orie in his jealous rage over his relationship with her, which is accompanied by images of Yuka appearing in Orie’s place.

It actively makes Yuka’s impact on their lives seem uncompelling. We know next to nothing about her or the kind of relationship she had with each of the boys beyond that it was sexual, so we have no reason to recognize these things as borne of a deep connection to her because that’s not something we’re actually shown.

A brief conflict faced by Orie is whether or not he was really in love with Yuka or if he just liked the sex, and you might expect for the story to recount some of Orie and Yuka’s more emotionally intimate experiences, but the realization of his feelings is instead marked by his need to cum inside of her.

She is the crux of this manga and yet she dies in the first 3 chapters and is nothing but a sex symbol in the memories of who are supposed to be the lovers she left behind.

Without exploring their relationships with Yuka beyond sexuality, their behavior following her death comes off as obsessive at best. It also suffers from not exploring the boys’ feelings for each other unrelated to Yuka.

tl;dr — grief induced homoflexibility

My opinion ^^ yuka dessrved to die, well i mean she was going to die anyways so that not the point is just that the true victim in this story will be orie he was raped and also affected with yuka death and yeah but in the same time i dont feel bad for orie because he is human and he should know that if yuka was with other 2 men than what was the point of still being with her? And i actually wanted orie to kill him self so he can leave a trauma to both of them and that would have been a good ending not the three of them just ending like that it was dissapointing i expected a tragic ending but i guess they lived happily afterwards at the end yuka died and yeah that will be all i know most of the people wont like my opinion which is fine, but to be honest orie he could just have refused when he was about to get raped why would he feel that is his fault when the other guy was there also why did he only blame himself and is he so dumb even wanting to die just to satisfy another persons grudge over him? The three of them are not and will never be in a right state of mind never again i think orie could have done better but himself just damaged his mental health more and decided to do all of this, or we can say that he was forced but was he? I understand he got raped but than he could just have reported to the police or something and did he do something about it? No right he didnt he still continued to be with them after all of that so everyone saying he was "forced" that not the right term i would said he wasnt in his right state of mind and that why he did what he did anyways they were crazie for yuka which disgusts me but yeah i guess that how their love was for yuka anyways RIP YUKA and yeah good bye.

Well...that was weird...don't misunderstand me..I respect polygamy relationships and everything but like why make someone fall in love with you and not tell him that you were gonna die and then this spectacles bitch trying to take revenge on Orie cuz of a disease ?! SO CONFUSING WTF IS GOING ON ?!??!

extremely disgusting. I was disturbed throughout the story. Idfc if that senior (glasses guy) misses yuka he can go fuck himself. Orie is literally an innocent guy that didnt know that the person he liked was having sex with other people and was gg to die. I still dont understand why the senior guy felt the need to rape orie and tell him to die??? Like what??? The black hair guy is just a straight up weirdo. Yuka is just a bad character. Sure like check ur bucketlist before you die. But did it not come to mind that you can ask for consent for an open relationship??? like its a thing yknow. She can go die of leukemia for all i care.I thought this was gonna be some deep shit like "oh we all miss her but we can help each other to move on as we loved the same person" but no they decided to do this shitty story and idk what even the moral of the story is??? such a shame that the art style was pretty nice

Sorry not sorry for being not sorry for the death of that bitch.. you go 'poly' and you want to 'mono'polize someone?! Hilarious!! She's not poly btw she's a cheater cuz of course she kept Orie in the dark about the other men in her life for the whole time.. she's a bitch bcz she cheated on her lover Suguru with his friend and made his life living hell (I pity him for that bt at the same time hate him for raping Orie) screwed Orie's life by making him indulge in that mess she created before death.. it's like"okay since I'll die and go to hell, let me drag these men to hell as well"

By the way I felt this story kinda comedic rather than tragic which the author meant it to be, but unable to make it to be.. the whole time I felt like they were bickering and fighting for a Medal in a game and when they were eliminated they just comforted each other and moved on.. that's it..the things going on involving them didn't make much sense.. they didn't know what they're doing and the author just made them ramble without making sense.. probably which is why their emotions didn't really touch me..

Ohh and I'm actually interested in only one thing in that story: why are they so obsessed over Yuka.. I mean what's in her there to be so attached? I can understand that Suguru is her lover from junior high and he's dreamt for a future with her and so he's so obsessed with and forgiveable to her but what about the others.. Orie was even confused about his feelings for her until her disappearance and Tatsumi even knew she's his friends lover and after comes to know about her affair with Orie too..why they were so so so much fixated on her? I just want to know one reason and that's enough for me..
