Please help me look for this yaoi manga I've read a long time ago. The story is about this couple who has been together for a long time since highschool. They are now adults but the uke suddenly breaks up with the seme. The seme is heartbroken and disappears for a month (or two). Their friends also dont know where the seme went so they've been asking the uke. One day the uke finds the seme in the streets wearing his highschool uniform. It seems that the seme turned into his highschool self. The uke takes the seme in and asks him to stay at hos place for a while. Days went by then the seme turns into his college self. The present seme on the other hand finds himself at the past in the uke's house. As time goes by, he also travels to the future until he reaches the present time. It seems that the bracelet the seme gave the uke a while back was magic or something and granted the seme's wish to go back to the past when he and the uke were happy. At the end, they reconciled and got back together.

They had 4 seasons and they never learned to communicate? TT so cute but so annoying how they dont talk to eachother and keep on finding important things fromt other people. it feels like they're not very close as a couple (?) This one's a hot take but thats how i see it TT
