Comments of Torikagosou No Kyou Mo Nemutai Juunintachi

Halfway through reading this, I thought I'd take a look at some of the other work from the mangaka and my jaw DROPPED when I saw ten count on the list. it makes sense considering I really liked this manga, but wow. I think this story was really good for what it was: an adaptation. I see a lot of people complaining that Kizuna's (mc) past was never fleshed out, but her past wasn't the point. this adaptation of the novel focused solely on the relationship between the three characters (Yuki, Kizuna, Yusei) and I think it was done brilliantly. Rihito has this way of making even the small things shine in their own way. I'm happy I read this!

I LOVED THIS STORY. If you've ever read Fake by Matoh Sanami-sensei, this story for some reason reminded me of the atmosphere she created in that manga. The main character is sort of like Carol if she were more callous and hardened lol. It definitely doesn't read like a stereotypical shoujo which is extremely refreshing, and there's a great amount of depth to the love interests. Sometimes you seek a genre because you know what to expect, like if you're looking for the stereotypical shoujo storyline; but it's also good to have some exceptions, and this is definitely one of them.

Super mad about this. Good story that would have been better if she chose Yuki. Although both of them were very manipulative, I feel that Yuki really loved her for her. Very upset about how it turned out.

A girl lead who look like Yusei's ex (male lead), the ex has agoraphobia. She committed suicide awhile ago in front of yusei.

Yuki, yusei's cousin, found Kizune (female lead) and asked her to be yusei's model because yusei's condition after the ex died was really bad..

Yusei is the artist, yuki is a cross dresser tho he's straight. Kizune is really strong willed, cute, honest, and knows how to value herself. She's really cute.

The only things that costed a star was the fact that, aisa-san wasn't blushng enough (/ v )

Beautiful.. so beautiful.. I didn't except this to move me... it was beautiful.. though i don't kinda understand the point of it.. hahahhahahaha just kidding..

wish there were more shoujos like this tired of the super fake fluffy ones with convenient plot lines.

I love how one of the tags is simply "not yaoi" like damn! :) But this was a really good romance manga. A little different from your average one which is great if you want something out of the box but not too far out. :)
